his behalf to the questions below.

Hello Patrick,
In order to open the lines of communications between the Board (and you
as the President) and Owners, I have asked Owners to send their questions
for you to the Resource Center (DBRORC@gmail.com), so we could combine
them and send them on to you.
We will be posting this email (and your response, if any)
to the Resource Center.
Q: Bonnie posted that the lease on the parking area has been extended
until September. Can you tell us if this extension expires on 9/1/24 or
9/30/24 or some other date in September?
Q: Will owners be able to promptly receive a report or a recording
of the Mediation hearing scheduled for 3/28?

Q: Will the Mediation be over the COA purchasing the common elements
and amenities, or the entire resort?
Q: If just the common elements and amenities, will any of the retained
property be included (garage, front desk & offices, laundry facility,
guest laundry rooms, etc.)?
Q: Do you and Bonnie plan to run for re-election to the Board?
Q: Has a 3rd party CPA started to do the statutorily required audit(s)?
If so, for what years and what is the name of this CPA/firm?
Q: Bonnie has stated that some of the forensic audits have been completed,
Who performed these audits and when will reports be released
to show the audits' findings?
Q: We see that we have over $1,000,000 in unpaid assessments and that
we haven't had a foreclosure in 4 years, to try and start collecting
these funds. Can you explain why we haven't done more to start
collecting these funds?
Q: Can you provide owners any breakdowns or reports on what the legal
fees for 2023 and so far in 2024 have been paid for, based on the
invoices that should reflect the hours worked, how the time was spent
and for what cases(s) they were worked on?
Q: Can you explain to owners why the south 5th floor balcony ceilings
have yet to be repaired?
