Welcome to your Resource Center

– a website you will be able to use to get important owner information and updates, ask questions, and get answers to your questions.

This site is being set up as a static prototype or model that will represent what the fully developed website will look like, once it is completed.

We are looking for volunteers to help contribute to the development, improvement, maintenance, and content of the website.

Once the site is fully functioning, we would like to turn it over to a Committee or a Property Manager to continue to use as an effective communications tool for owners.

ATTENTION OWNERS

Have you been experiencing problems with Tomoka managing your account?
Have you had payments that have not been posted to your account?
Have you been unfairly charged late fees?

As part of the REFORM needed for DBR, I have created a Property Management Worksheet, to address all the known problems/issues we have had with DBR property management, as well as improvements that can be made.

One of the items listed in this worksheet is “Researching owners' claims to perform in-house audits of owners' accounts by a new empowered Financial Committee once a new board is seated.” If you want to report any problems that you have had or are still experiencing with your account, send an email to dbrorc@gmail.com with your name, unit number, and description of your problem; and we will put your name in the queue and get back to you, for what information we will need to research your claim and perform an audit on the books, for your account.

Do you know anyone, perhaps a child or grandchild, who knows Javascript and would be willing to coordinate with me so that we can add logins, messaging, and other user-input features? That programming is easy to do after learning it, but hard for us oldsters to learn. Let us know!

Photographs Wanted: Construction In Progress

If you see work in progress, showing that something helpful (or not so helpful) is really occurring, we'd like to see it too. Send us your photos and please include date taken and a brief description. Specify north view, south view, etc. so we know where you were when the photo was taken. Don't worry about a crooked or distorted image. Gimp (free photo editing) can straighten it out without much difficulty.

We request your understanding for the limited content and artistry that is currently displayed here;
consider its limits an invitation to contribute your own content and expertise.

We (and you?) will be adding content and capabilities to this work-in-progress to provide a dynamic and interactive website to DBR owners.

Do you want to add your own material to this site, independent of social-media posts and not susceptible to being left behind as newer posts make it harder and harder to find?

Use Google Drive to create a free page, including images and links as you wish. HTML programming is a little tricky to use, but ordinary text files (RTF) are accepted and are probably easier.

See Google Drive Instructions here, then upload whatever relevant material you wish, even if we disagree with it, as long as it is relevant.

Then let us know the link to the material, make sure that it is set for read-only access, and we'll put the link here and you're all set.

You can then edit your material whenever you wish.

This site is fast-loading and Javascript-free (except for the YouTube window). No cookies or other abuse of your privacy will occur.
