March 24, 2024
Thanks to Roger Kubly and Dave Marquis, the front entrance
to DBR just got spruced up a little bit more. Good DIY work
fellas!
February 11, 2024
A group of DBR owners got together to put fresh, new mulch down
to help beautify our resort. These owners provided financial support
and/or labor: Karen and Rob Maldonado, Donna Peters Kinette,
Mary and Larry Thurman, Joey "Jam", Carolyn and David Marquis,
Michelle Hall, Roger Kubly, Madelyn Bubeck, Melissa Carroll, and
Angie Russell. In addition, we are told that Donna's landscaping guy
was a huge help too! Thank you to all that were involved!

A formal notice of progress regarding negotiations between room owners
and the developer has been released. April 12, 2024
It is an announcement that a future detailed settlement will be determined
and then sent to us owners for approval. It's too soon to celebrate, but
we can note what is happening. It's here:
